RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase from Shop Baltusrol, we are happy to facilitate a return or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase date on all merchandise that is in new, unworn condition. All final sale items that are marked as such upon purchase are not eligible for a return or exchange. In the event of defective merchandise or an incorrect order, please contact us at (973)-376-5160 or by email at jgray@baltusrol.org for assistance.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 60 days of the original purchase date and include your order number, the items you wish to return, and if you are requesting an exchange, the item(s) you would like in replacement. The golf shop staff will email you with further instructions as well as a return shipping label.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less the original shipping cost. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping cost of your original order, except in the case of correcting an error on the part of the golf shop. For member charge and credit purchases, please allow one to two billing cycles for the transaction to appear on your statement. In the event of an exchange made for merchandise of a lesser value, the difference will be credited to the original form of payment. An exchange made for merchandise of a greater value will also be charged to the original form of payment.
